TERMS OF SERVICE

1. I only accept payment through Stripe. 

   • You do NOT need a Stripe account in order to submit payment.​​

   • You DO need to reside in a country where Stripe is available, though.

2. Payment must be received in full after sketches are approved.

3. I have the right to refuse requests.

4. Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of the requested art.

5. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. I will generally not refund unless I've made a serious mistake. 

6. Turnaround time (between payment and first draft of colored/finished images) should be ~3 days.

   • This is subject to change depending on the number and complexity of images requested, and also on whatever happens to be going in my life...

   • If I expect delays, I will let you know as soon as possible.

7. I retain copyright of my work. You may use the art that you commission from me for personal, Twitch-related uses (Twitch, YouTube, Discord). If you wish to reproduce my work anywhere else, or if you wish to reproduce my work for profit (e.g. on merchandise), please contact me so that we can figure out a contract.

   • I will generally post commissioned work on my social media (this website, Twitter, Instagram, etc.). If you don't want me to do that with the work you commission, please let me know.​​
